The Ehlers Group has been working with The Palace Group’s continuum of care campus in South Florida for several years as well as the company’s active adult community developed in Broward County and its community in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Among services provided by The Ehlers Group are public relations and communications. We have secured event speakers such as Antique Roadshow’s appraiser Gary Piattoni and secured press for the famous radio sex therapist Dr. Ruth Westheimer’s appearance.

Additionally, we work to bring interesting residents who are still contributing to society to the attention of local media.

The Ehlers Group initiated a cooperative arrangement with a local newspaper to supply a consumer-oriented advice column known as “Ask Helen” which we “ghost write” on behalf of the community.

We also conduct “exit interviews” with residents and families gauging customer satisfaction after move-out. For each new community planned by The Palace Group, The Ehlers Group is part of the strategic marketing team. Our efforts focus on promoting the community in the media and achieving both national and local press coverage.

The Ehlers Group also handles several of the company’s Facebook accounts including The Palace Coral Gables and The Palace Senior Living
