Responsibilities
The
Ehlers Group was engaged in August, 2006 to provide on-going marketing
consulting services for SRG’s luxury resort-style rental communities
in Florida.
The
Carlisle Palm Beach, located on a 6.5-acre site in Lantana, and The
Carlisle Naples located on an 18-acre site in north Collier County,
offer both independent and assisted living residences.
Purchased from HealthTrust
America in 2005, the communities were negatively impacted by discussions
regarding a potential conversion to condominiums and changes in ownership
and personnel.
TEG developed integrated
marketing strategies to bring renewed attention to the communities and
improve leasing. Focus groups were conducted with residents to
assess depth of their concerns and suggestions were solicited.
A new strategic marketing
plan was created and implemented to reposition the communities within
their primary market area. Marketing services included strategic
planning, advertising, media research and buying, direct mail programs,
promotions and public relations services.
Additionally, Bruce
B. Rosenblatt provided day-to-day sales consulting, strategies, and
training. An information seminar was created by Bruce, who was also
the presenter.
An aggressively “blitz
”marketing effort included a direct mail survey to past lead base;
invitations to marketing events; free standing newspapers inserts and
full page advertising in addition to assisted living advertising.
