Residents Use Art to Give Give Back to Sick Children

Activities planned by a senior living community’s activity director can turn into amazing opportunities for publicity. 

Our client, The Palace at Weston, offers a fun art class for residents at the assisted living community. When we learned they were partnering with a charity for an intergenerational project, we notified the media. 

Residents’ artwork is being used to personalize hospital rooms for children who are admitted for an extended period of time. From paintings to blankets, the residents have been putting together crafts, hoping to uplift a child in a hospital.
